2. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email

  • A description of the material removed and where it appeared

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification

  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal courts in Cook County, IL, and to accept service from the original complainant

  • Your signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Misrepresentations

Be aware: submitting false claims may result in legal liability for damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
