What People Want to Know About Vibration Mentor
Q1: What is vibration mentoring and how is it different from life coaching?
Life coaching is great for what it does – setting goals, building accountability, making action plans. I’m not knocking it. But I spent 25 years in corporate environments as a Managing Director, and I watched the most disciplined, goal-oriented people you can imagine hit every single target and still feel hollow inside.
The action plan was never the problem. Their emotional set point was.
Vibration mentoring goes underneath the goals. We work with where you actually live emotionally on a day-to-day basis – what Abraham Hicks calls your vibrational frequency. Because you can build the most beautiful strategic plan in the world, but if your default emotional state is set to worry or self-doubt, one of two things will happen. You’ll sabotage the plan before you get there. Or you’ll get there and wonder why it doesn’t feel the way you expected.
We use the Emotional Guidance Scale and the VM Method to shift your emotional default – not by slapping positive thinking on top of it, but through genuine internal shifts. When your inside changes, your outside rearranges itself to match. I know how that sounds. But I’ve watched it happen with client after client, and it still catches me off guard sometimes, even after all these years.
Q2: What is the VM Method?
Three steps. They go in order. You can’t skip ahead.
Ground means settling your nervous system before you try to do any manifestation work at all. When you’re running on stress and cortisol and your third coffee, you cannot hear your own inner guidance. It’s like trying to use a compass during an earthquake. So we settle first. Breathe. Arrive in the present moment. Nothing fancy – just presence.
Discover is where it gets interesting. You think you want a promotion, a relationship, more money, a bigger house. But what you actually want is how you think those things will make you feel. Valued. Loved. Free. Secure. The house isn’t really the point. The feeling of coming home to a space that feels like yours – that’s the point. When you name the feeling instead of the thing, everything shifts.
Embody is the part that scares people because it sounds backwards. You practice feeling the way you want to feel before anything in your external life has changed. If you want to feel free, you find moments of freedom now – even tiny ones. If you want to feel valued, you start treating yourself like someone of value. It feels counterintuitive. But this is where transformation actually lives. When you embody the feeling, you become a vibrational match for experiences that reflect it back to you.
Q3: Who is Sana and what qualifies her to teach this?
I didn’t start here. I started in engineering, then spent over 25 years in corporate leadership. Managing Director at Horizon Air, where I oversaw 376 mechanics across six stations with a $27 million budget. Chief of staff to the CEO, leading enterprise transformation for 3,300 employees. Before that, operations and quality management at a Danaher company. Lean Six Sigma. FAA certifications. Board-level strategic planning.
I say all that not to list credentials, but because I want you to understand – I know what it feels like to be high-achieving, results-driven, and still feel like something fundamental is missing.
After severe burnout from corporate life, I realized I needed to find ways to have it all. And I mean have it all. I also knew that finding mental calm, and knowing I can manifest life on my own terms was something almost everyone I knew wanted as well. Now that I know how to do it successfully I want to help everyone do this. That is why I offer so many free trainings on youtube, and have a free eBook. This way everyone can benefit no matter who or where they are.
My approach blends what I learned leading in high-pressure corporate environments with deep study of Abraham Hicks’ teachings and the ancestral energy traditions my great-grandmother passed down. I’m not interested in being a wellness guru with a ring light and a catchphrase. I’m interested in giving you tools that actually work – the same ones that changed my own life.
Q4: What is the Emotional Guidance Scale and why do you talk about it so much?
Because it solves the single biggest problem people have when they’re trying to feel better: they don’t know where they currently are.
Someone will come to me and say “I feel bad.” OK – but what kind of bad? Worried-bad is different from angry-bad, which is different from hopeless-bad. And those differences matter enormously, because the step you take from each of those places is completely different.
The Emotional Guidance Scale is a framework from Abraham Hicks that names 22 emotions and puts them in order from the highest vibration (joy, appreciation, love, freedom, empowerment) down to the lowest (fear, grief, despair, powerlessness). It’s like a GPS for your emotional life. Once you know where you are, you can figure out your next move.
And here’s the part most people miss: moving from grief to anger is progress. I know anger doesn’t look “spiritual.” I know it doesn’t feel enlightened. But on the scale, anger sits at 17 and grief sits at 22. If you moved from grief to anger, you just climbed five levels. That is enormous. Progress isn’t about perfection – it’s about direction. One notch up is always, always enough.
We have a full page walking through all 22 emotions on our Emotional Guidance Scale page.
Q5: Is this religious? Do I need to believe in anything specific?
No. And I want to be really clear about that, because I know this stops people from even looking further.
I personally draw from a wide range of wisdom traditions – Islamic Golden Age thinkers like Rumi and Ibn Arabi, African spiritual practices, Asian contemplative traditions, Indigenous teachings. My own heritage gives me access to ancestral practices that go back generations through my great-grandmother. But the core of what we teach doesn’t require you to believe in any particular framework.
Some of my clients are devoutly religious. Some are atheists who think about this entirely through the lens of neuroscience and psychology – which, by the way, supports a lot of what we do. Nervous system regulation, cognitive reframing, the measurable effects of gratitude on brain chemistry. Different language, similar territory.
The universal piece is this: everyone has emotions. Everyone has a default emotional pattern they tend to settle into. And everyone can learn to shift that pattern intentionally. You don’t need to believe in anything beyond that. You just need to be willing to pay attention to how you feel and reach for something slightly better.
Q6: What is the “Conscious Creation Cycle” book about?
I wrote it because I kept having the same conversation in sessions. Someone would come in confused about why they kept attracting the same patterns – same type of relationship, same financial stress, same feeling of being stuck. They were manifesting, all right. They just didn’t realize they were doing it, or how.
The book introduces what I call the Four Types of Manifestation. Most people land in Unconscious Dark – attracting experiences they don’t want, on autopilot, through beliefs they never chose and thoughts they don’t question. Some are in Conscious Dark – actively focusing on what they’re afraid of. Worrying on purpose, worst-case-planning, that kind of thing. A lucky few are in Unconscious Light – good stuff happens to them and they have no idea why.
The goal is Conscious Light Manifestation. Deliberate. Intentional. Eyes open. The book walks you through a 75-day program to get there using the Emotional Guidance Scale and the VM Method as your daily tools.
You can find it on Amazon – it’s called “Conscious Creation Cycle.”
