App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vibration Mentor App (“App”), owned and operated by Vibration Mentor LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Accounts & Access
   You may be required to create an account through the App or through our member portal at https://members.vibrationmentor.com. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. App Purchases & Subscriptions
   Purchases and subscriptions for the App may be made through:

• The Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• The GHL Member Portal using Stripe

All purchases are final and subject to our App Refund Policy. We do not store financial or biometric information.

4. Data & Privacy
   Your use of the App is subject to our App Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. Data retention is governed by U.S. legal obligations, including IRS requirements to retain records for a minimum of seven (7) years.
5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to use the App:

• For illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• To harass or impersonate others
• To transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
• To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, trademarks, and software in the App are the property of Vibration Mentor LLC or our service provider (GHL). You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our express permission.
7. Service Modifications
   We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Third-Party Services
   The App may include integrations with or access to services provided by third parties, such as payment processors (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe), analytics tools, or embedded content. Vibration Mentor LLC is not responsible for the practices, performance, or policies of such third parties.

We do not control how these third parties collect, use, or disclose your information. For more information, users should refer to their respective privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers
   The App is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, downtime, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibration Mentor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 3 months.
11. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal laws of the United States.
